This is the quilt I made for my nephew Thomas Eugene Cherry, born on June 27, 2002 in Sacramento, California. I was able to deliver it myself this summer when we went visiting our family. It is from a pattern by Debbie Mumm called Heavenly Baby from the book "Kids Projects", I also used Debbie Mumm fabrics. It is machine pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted.

This pillow was this year's Mother's Day gift for my Mom. It is paper pieced and machine quilted.
This is a birthday card with a tiny little quilt on it. I used a Debbie Mumm fabric and hand quilted around the squares.

This small wall hanging was a Christmas present for friends. It combines various techniques like cross stitch, hand and machine applique, hand and machine quilting, and machine piecing. It shows the traditional Irish welcome which means in English: A hundred thousand welcomes.
I made 6 of these tiny quilts, they are just 3" square, paper pieced and hand quilted. I sent them out as St. Patrick's Day cards this year, attaching a piece of cardboard with the greeting on the back.

This is the first quilt I made in 1999 and I actually finished it in the same month I started it. Anna's dad told me that she uses the doll quilt to cover herself with, but it is too small. And she adores cats. I wanted to make something quick and simple that would be big enough to cover herself and that had cats on it. I cut 6" squares and machine-pieced them. It is machine quilted.
This is made from a pre printed panel by "Little Quilts". I handquilted around the outlines of the pattern. I finished it in July 1998 and gave it as a birthday present to Anna, the little daughter of a friend.

This is an adventcalendar I made in November 1998 again for Anna the little daughter of a friend. The hearts are machine appliqued and form a pocket with the top open, so that a small gift can be put into it. It is machinequilted around the squares.
This wallhanging I finished in April 1997 as a housewarming present for my best friend, who was also Matron of Honor at my wedding. It is machine pieced and hand quilted in the ditch around the triangles and around the border. I was not really happy with how it turned out, but now I do not think so bad about it anymore.
This little wallhanging was a Christmas gift for my husband's parents, who are avid golfers. I made it in November 1995. The pattern is taken from the book "Hook, Line and a Hole in One". The title of the quilt is "A Hole in One". It is made with iron-on-applique and machine quilted around the blocks. It is now on display in their living room, hanging from an old wooden golf club.
I made this quilt as a Mother's Day gift for my Mom. It is from a book called "A Month of Sundays", the title is "Sunshine and Shadows". It is machine pieced and hand quilted in the ditch between the colored stripes and continuing diagonally into the black triangles. I finished it in April 1995.
