A little wall hanging I made for myself with batik cat blocks from Keepsake Quilting and Moda Marbles fabrics. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. (January 2004)
This little wallhanging is a pre printed panel which I simply framed in green Christmas fabric (from IKEA) with mitered corners. I did a little handquilting around the picture. I finished it in December 1997 and used it in a Christmas card display.
This is a very small wallhanging I finished in February 1997. I used a printed panel I bought at our local quilt store. The fabrics are from a series called "Dutch Garden" and are reproductions of old Dutch patterns. I especially liked the muted colors. It has very little hand quilting in it, just around the panel and along the straight lines in the picture.
The pattern for this quilt is also taken from the book "The Cat's Meow" by Janet Kime. She calls it "A Tale of Three Kitties". I used the same fabrics as in the Irish Spring. The cats are hand appliqued. It is hand quilted around the cats, around the blocks and outside the thin green border. I finished it in August 1995.
These small quilts are for my cats. They are made from precut squares that were part of the fabric ordering charms I get from "The Quilt Room". They are machine pieced and machine quilted. I actually did them in one weekend.

The pattern for this quilt is taken from the book "The Cat's Meow" by Janet Kime. She has a complete alphabet with cats. I used this wall hanging to display our Christmas cards one year by hanging them from a string that was behind the quilt. It is machine pieced and hand quilted in the ditch. I finished it in November 1994.
